Indications for application
ZINCPRO effervescent tablets are a vitamin and mineral supplement containing vitamin C and zinc. ZINCPRO effervescent tablets are intended for the treatment of vitamin C and zinc deficiencies.
Contraindications
Do not take ZINCPRO:
If patients are allergic to ascorbic acid (vitamin C) or any of the other ingredients of this medicines.
If patients suffer from kidney stones (oxalates), unless recommended by a doctor.
If patients suffer from certain diseases in which the body metabolizes too much a lot of gland (thalassemia, hemochromatosis, sideroblastic anemia).
Method of application and doses
Children and teenagers:
ZINCPRO is not intended for children and adolescents (under 12 years of age). Available for them medicinal drugs, containing lower doses of the vitamin care .
Adults:
1 effervescent tablet per day, dissolved in a glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended dose if it's not prescribed doctor.

Take special care with ZINCPRO
• If patients suffer from hereditary disorders of red blood cells (for example, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency), do not exceed the recommended dose (1000 mg per day).
• If patients take an increased dose of vitamin C for a long time, vitamin C deficiency may occur when treatment is stopped. Increased intake may lead to increased renal clearance of the vitamin FROM.
• If patients are at risk of recurrent formation stones
in the kidneys, patients should not exceed a daily dose of 100 to 200 mg of vitamin C (see also the Do Not Take ZINCPRO section ). In the case of a predisposition to the formation of kidney stones , the risk of formation of stones in kidneys
(calcium oxalate stones) due to high doses of vitamin C.
• If patients have severe kidney disease (dialysis patients), do not take more than a daily dose of vitamin C 50 to 100 mg of vitamin C, because otherwise there is a risk of developing high concentrations of oxalates in the blood (hyperoxalataemia) formation of salt crystals (oxalate) in the kidneys. Please consult with doctor. Avoid high doses of vitamin C if patients have kidney failure and if you are taking drugs that affect function kidneys.
• The introduction of gram doses can increase the concentration of ascorbic acid in the urine to such an extent that the measurement of various clinical and chemical parameters (glucose, uric acid, creatinine, inorganic phosphate) is disturbed. Similarly, gram doses can lead to false negative results when trying to detect occult blood in stool. As a rule, this can affect chemical detection methods based on color reactions.
Use during pregnancy and during breastfeeding
If the woman is pregnant or breastfeeding, may be pregnant or planning to have a child, consult your doctor or pharmacist before how take any medicine. There is limited amount data about use of high doses of vitamin C by pregnant women. II it is not clear whether vitamin C supplementation in amounts in excess of the recommended dietary intake is safe or beneficial. Vitamin C is secreted into breast milk and through the placenta. Not enough information about effects of high doses of vitamin C on neonates/infants.
Side effect
Like all medicines, ZINCPRO can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them as a gel. If the patient develops any of the following signs of an allergic reaction, stop receiving ZINCPRO and immediately go to the nearest emergency room or doctor:
Difficulty breathing or swallowing, swelling of the face, lips, throat or tongue, skin rash, large or itchy skin blisters, sneezing fits, runny and itchy eyes, or fluid retention.
Other side effects: diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal and gastric pain.

Storage conditions
Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, protected from light.
Keep out of the reach of children!
Best before date
3 years. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the package.
